Close enough to walk out with wet hair
Seddon sits between Yarraville and Footscray, and Kingsville is the closest of our three rooms to all of it. It is the short trip for a Saturday morning cut, and the one still open at 8.30 on a Thursday when the village has shut for the night.
- Ammonia free
Every colour in every chair, since 2013. Not a premium line you have to ask for.

5 things worth knowing first
Near Victoria St, Seddon Village, Gamon St, Seddon station.
Is it worth it for just a trim?
A trim and style starts at $69 and takes about an hour, so for most of Seddon it is a shorter round trip than parking twice. If you are only after a fringe or a quick tidy, ring first — sometimes we can fit it between two longer bookings on the day.
Are you actually in Seddon?
No, and we would rather say so than let you drive to the wrong suburb. The nearest Satori is at 293 Geelong Rd, Kingsville — the next suburb over. Out along Victoria St and Somerville Rd, or straight across to Geelong Rd, depending on which end of the village you start from.
Do I have to be an existing client to book online?
Online booking is for people who have been in before. If this is your first visit, ring Kingsville on (03) 9687 9549 or send the enquiry form. We ask a couple of questions about your hair first so we book you enough time, and colour clients get a free consultation before anything is mixed.
Is it cheaper or dearer than a salon in the village?
The whole list is published, so you can check rather than ring around. Services start at $20 and every price sits at three stylist levels — you pick the level that suits your budget, and it is the same list at all three salons.
What if another Satori suits me better?
Book whichever room works. Kingsville is on 293 Geelong Rd, Sunshine is on 12 Watt St, Essendon is on 127 Buckley St. Several of our stylists work across more than one salon, so if you have a favourite you can follow the person rather than the room.
One suburb over,
and open 5 days
Ring Kingsville and a stylist or the person on reception picks up. First visit for colour starts with a free consultation, so you know the number before anything is mixed.
First visit for colour? Ring the salon instead — we ask a couple of questions about your hair so we book you enough time.
