Colour starts with a conversation, not a bowl
Every new colour client gets a free consultation before we book the appointment. We look at your hair, talk about what you want, and quote you honestly — so the time we set aside is the time it actually takes and the price you hear is the price you pay.
It is also why online booking is for returning clients. The system cannot ask about the box dye from three years ago.
